What we collect

- Your WhatsApp number, if you message us on WhatsApp
- The location or address of the job
- What you tell us in your call or message
- Basic website and advertising data, such as pages visited and ad click identifiers. These are stored in first-party cookies on your device for up to 90 days.

- To respond to your enquiry
- To give you a quote
- To arrange and do the job
- To measure how well our advertising works
Legal basis
We process your information with your consent (when you contact us) and for our legitimate interests, such as running and improving our business and advertising.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers that help us run the business, such as WhatsApp/Meta, Google (including Google Analytics, which measures site visits and call/WhatsApp button taps, and Google Ads, which counts call/WhatsApp taps from our ads), Netlify (website hosting) and our customer management system. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it, and enquiry records for no longer than 24 months.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Object to us using it
